Maintaining a Youthful Skin With Papaya.

Papaya (also known as pawpaw in naija) is a beauty enhancement fruit,
with skin-rejuvenating properties and it alsohelps in keeping aging signs at bay.

One cause of early aging is accumulated toxic waste and oxidant in the body which if not expelled begins to reflect on skin general outlook giving it a dull, lack-luster, wrinkled and dry texture.
Papaya contains vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin E -  combined
together they act as an anti-oxidant in getting rid of pollutants and
toxic from the body system.

Papain is an enzyme in papaya and act as a very effective skin exfoliator which
breaks down deadskin cells on skin surface revealing a brighter, youthful and
glowing complexion. Papaya also contains natural AHA (alpha hydroxy acid)
an agent used in most lightening and anti-aging skin care products of cosmetic
industries.

To make facial mask:
Get a moderate sized papaya, eat the inner fleshy part (including it in your diet
also aid in cleansing the intestinal system) and rub the papaya peel on a cleaned face
or affected region.  Rinse off after 15 minutes.
Massage skin with a good moisturizer immediately. Repeat process 3 times weekly.
After every session you would notice a clear difference in skin tone.

Note:To maintain a youthful skin. It is advise you minimize exposing your skin
to sunlight by applying sun  protection cream of up to 50 SPF before going
under the sun or wear protective clothing (long sleeve, cap/hat) and don't
be too shy to use an umbrella.I observe that no matter how hot the sun is
we hardly use umbrella but a little drizzle of rain can send everyone scampering to
find the nearest umbrella around. Rain and Sun which is damaging to the skin?
